I’m going everywhere in Westmoreland County to Listen, and how to Serve our Communities Better…… Stay Tuned….
Every Person is Important!!
We have to listen a little better, to serve every person in our community!
PRO-2nd AMENDMENT
“While clutching the Constitution in your left hand …may God Bless You, God Bless Your Family, and GOD BLESS THESE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!!!!.....” Paul Kosko.
PRO-LIFE: Pro-Life March Washington D.C.
I participated with the Diocese of Greensburg Pro-Life March in Washington DC. Protecting the life of the unborn is important to me as it should be to everyone.
Inspired - Public Service - Former NY Lt. Governor Stan Lundine
I was able to see at a young age that public service was good for the community in which I lived. I was "Mayor for the Day" (above left) with then Jamestown Mayor Stan Lundine. Mr. Lundine later became my United States Congressman and I was given the privilege of serving as one of his interns. He went on to serve as New York State Lieutenant Governor for two terms under Governor Mario Cuomo. I have tremendous respect for former Lieutenant Governor Lundine. I recently met up with former Lieutenant Governor Lundine (above right) and I said that because of his inspiration, I am running for public office to serve. He thanked me and wished me good luck in the election.
United States Senate Majority Leader Howard Baker
I had the privilege of meeting and talking with, the United States Senate Majority Leader, Howard Baker at the set of the TV news show "Meet the Press". He later served as President Reagan's White House Chief of Staff (above left). It was inspiring to me that he encouraged public service to us relating to his own life. I was with the Washington Workshops Foundation while attending.
President Reagan Inauguration - Intern United States Senator Daniel Moynihan
During college I was an intern for the United States Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan I attended President Ronald Reagan's first inauguration in Washington, D.C. I learned how precious freedom is as I listened to the live broadcast of the American hostage's release from Iran at the "steps of the Capital" after Ronald Reagan was sworn in as President (above right).
I want to encourage others to serve in public office, no matter their beliefs, it's what makes our country great! Hold onto your own values while respecting others, even if we disagree.
SUPPORT THE BLUE! I am a Victim - Drunk Driver Accident - Support - Fire, EMS, Police
My support for the Westmoreland Fire Departments, EMS, and the Police is NOT political but….personal. Five weeks and two days after the birth of my first son Bradley, I was the victim of a head-on automobile accident with a convicted felon who was recently out on parole and was found to have a .18 blood alcohol level. I was seriously injured, and it took me over two years to recover from the crash.
I want to say THANK YOU to all the people who helped me and to all the people that serve our community in this way. As a commissioner, I want to work with all the departments in the county to provide them with any assistance they may need to continue to serve our communities. (NOTE: Officers in these photos are NOT endorsing me or any candidate. They are here to serve. Thank you!). I salute you all!
Fiscal Responsibility
I do NOT support property re-evaluations. We need a county government to serve the people and be fiscally responsible.
Constitutional Right - Hold Onto Your Values
America was built on our Constitution. Everyone has the constitutional right to their own beliefs but we must all be aware that we are all different. America gets its strength through its diversity. We must all respect the beliefs of others but if we do disagree, we must do it peacefully.
Recently, that tends not to be the case, but I will lead the way for a change.
September 11-Remembrance-Shanksville
9/11 remembrance was a somber time reflecting on that terrible day. Many remember the day as we watched and learned of the horrors of the attacks. I attended the ceremony at Shanksville and listened to the heart-breaking reading of the names of the heroes of Flight 93 by family members and close friends. They rang two bells for each victim who was on board. President Trump spoke of the heroic efforts by the passengers on Flight 93 who saved many more in Washington. Flight 93 crash site is 36.1 miles straight down Route 30 from Westmoreland Mall. . God bless all the family members and friends of the victims of that day.
My brother-in-law, Ron Miller, sent me a picture of his fire truck he drove to the Pentagon attack from his Woodbridge Fire Department, just south of Washington DC that morning. Ron was responding to the fire until he was relieved the following day. As one of my family members, I am proud of his service and the service of all firemen and emergency res-ponders, and what they do every day.
